Fragrant and aromatic Rosemary Fused Olive Oil has a strong, true rosemary flavor.
Olives and rosemary needles were crushed simultaneously in the same press at a small mill, without the use of any added essences. This process allows for the essential oils within the rosemary needles to harmonize with the fresh oil, creating a highly aromatic olive oil.
