Pasta Marella is entirely family run, a few kilometers away from Bari, Italy. They produce traditional Apulian hand-made and bronze die extruded pastas using only local durum wheat semolina and other ingredients, and dried at low temperatures. The resulting product has a wonderful aroma and texture superior to other small produced pastas.

Foglie Di Ulivo: This classic “olive leaf” shaped pasta is delicately flavored and colored with spinach. Use with creamy vegetable sauces, extra virgin olive oil, and fresh herbs. Toss with another short pasta to make a dish with added depth and color.

Orecchette Verdure: Orecchette (meaning “little ears”) are handmade by rolling small pieces of dough with the thumb. The various doughs used to produce these are infused with several spices and vegetables.

Monnezza Verdure: The name of this pasta literally translates to “odds and ends”. It’s a interesting mix of oversized short cuts. Use in mac and cheese, soups, stews, or with your favorite sauce.
